Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The format of this article is the main guide for authors, each manuscript must be accompanied by a coverletter stating that it is not a duplication of publication. Indonesian writers are required to upload articles in the Supplementary File in two languages ​​(Indonesian & English). Proofread is released to authors by showing additional certificates from the Service and professional English proofreading in Files.
Articles are written with A4 paper size, double spaced after paragraphs, single column, Book Antiqua font type, font size 11, and margins of 2 cm.
Manuscripts should not be more than 6,000 words and 8 pictures/tables.
Article review is carried out to see whether the article meets the standard of quality criteria to be achieved. Manuscripts will be immediately rejected by the editor without providing a formal review if: 1) the topic does not match the scope of the journal, 2) the results are not useful, 3) the scope and objectives are not developed in depth, 4) the findings do not add to knowledge, 5) the article does not written in full. Manuscripts that meet the submission requirements will be reviewed first by reviewers for 2 weeks then reviewers will be sent to authors 3 weeks after. Authors must send article revisions to the editor a week after receiving reviewer notes.
The structure of the manuscript must have clear numbering in each section.
Mathematical formulas must be created using the Microsoft equation program. Italicized variables.
Image captions must be included in each image/illustration. Captions are written separately, not attached to the image/illustration.
Table numbering is adjusted to the location in the article. Tables must be used effectively, so they are not used to repeat the results in the chapter on presenting the results and discussion.
The title should be clear, concise, and informative. Abbreviations and formulas should be avoided. The author's identity is written in full with the name, address of the institution, postal code, mobile number, facsimile number and email address.
Abstract must be written briefly and factually in English. Abstract contains a clear description of the research objectives, results and conclusions. Abstract must be written separately from the article. References should not be written in the abstract, if absolutely necessary, the author's name and year of publication should be cited. Non-standard abbreviations should be avoided, if absolutely necessary, the full name should be mentioned in the mention but initially.
The introduction contains articles/research that are presented and presented with an adequate introduction and avoid detailed references and presentation of research results.
The method used should be accompanied by references, the relevant modifications should be described. Data analysis procedures and techniques should be emphasized in literature articles.
Results and Discussion should be presented in the same section, clearly and concisely. The discussion section should contain many of the benefits of the research results, not the results section. The results section and the extension can be written in the same section to avoid excessive citations.
The conclusions of the study are presented briefly in the conclusion section.
References in articles must cite last name and year. If citing from multiple authors, it should be sorted by the most recent reference. If quoting from articles written by two authors, all authors' names must be cited. Meanwhile, if quoting from articles written by three or more authors, then quoted by writing the name of the first author followed by et al. The citation should be written in the reference section. Each reference cited must be written in full in the references section. References that are not recommended to be cited in the Reference article must be written according to the reference format. This journal requires 80% of references quoted from national and international journals.
Manuscripts are written without hyphens (-), except for word variability. The symbols ±, ²,α are created from the insert program without changing the font type. Notification of acceptance or article will be given a month after article submission. Manuscripts are rejected if the material does not fit the scope of the journal, is of poor quality, does not follow the written format, contains complicated language, is not original research and unresponsive correspondence.
